This was the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were extremely rude, and there was a complete lack of service throughout our stay. The situation was so disappointing that we chose to leave mid-stay and book another hotel. The restaurant food was unacceptable — very limited options, fruit that seemed old, and stale baked goods. On top of that, guests were allowed to smoke everywhere. The smoke was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even open our balcony door without our room filling with the smell of cigarettes. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel claims to be 4-star. I would not recommend staying here.

Ckeck in can be easier and faster. Parking is extremely hard to find especially on weekends and busy seasons. Otherwise, no complaints.

i didnt stay in the hotel because they said my payment in my booking invalid. and my booking was confirmed in hotels.com and my credit card is valid. until now i dont know what was the problem and did you guys solve the problem or not and how you will make it up to me after you destroyed my weekend. After many year i am using hotels.com the service its getting worst and i dont think i will be using it again in the future.

Почему вы превратили хороший отель в колхоз? Для чего включили его в туристические пакеты? Чтобы быть Турцией или Анапой? Зачем добавили какие-то непонятные Активити (зумба, дартс)? Всегда эмираты считались отдыхом премиум класса, тихим и спокойным, не доступным для пакетов! Во взрослом бассейне (глубиной 3 метра) постоянно купаются и орут дети, их никто не выгоняет, даже с матрасами и кругами, которые «немного» мешают. Еда слишком посредственная, раньше было лучше. Кондиционер воняет и не регулируется.
