Wonderful hotel. Two pools, great kind staff. Very attentive. The rooms are super clean, well maintained and the mattress beds are firm. You can smoke in the balcony. Double windows blocked all the outside sounds. The breakfast was amazing. Tons of fruits, vegetables, breads, cheese, omelet bar and meats. Wish we stayed longer. Give the staff a raise! They deserve it!

Bad old hotel, not working bathroom , very bad breakfast ugly restaurant food with highly prices menu . Not worth the money we pay . The hotel need renew. All is bad

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing stay — beware of bugs and no A/C We had a really bad experience at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. When we first walked into our room, there were already several large bugs inside because the cleaning staff had apparently left the door open. I’m terrified of bugs, so that already ruined the start of our stay. Then we found out the rooms don’t have air conditioning — they only turn it on during summer. No matter what buttons we pressed, only the heater worked. We accidentally made the room feel like a sauna, almost 100 degrees inside! When we came back from our outing, it was unbearably hot, and there were even more bugs on the walls. We asked to change rooms, but the staff said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything except bring us a small fan. Later that night, we called again around 2 AM because we still couldn’t sleep — it was way too hot — and all they could offer was another fan. My sister got so upset that she ended up sitting in the cold lobby in the middle of the night because she couldn’t stay in that room anymore. Overall, it was an awful experience — between the bugs, the heat, and the unhelpful response from the staff, we would never stay here again.

Property location is good. Beds are confy. Internet signal is unstable. Taxi is a little far (not hotel fault). Service is good at the restaurant. Breakfast is above avarage but short (from 9 to 11). You basically have to stop your pool time to have breakfast or skip it. Staff service is a mixed bag. At the restaurant they were attentive. At the reception it was a disaster: could not indicate any trail around; they said it was not worth visiting old Dilijan (it was); the worst: front desk staff asked us to leave the premises after check out because the hotel was full (it was not). I will not return to this hotel.
