ACCOMMODATIONS 

• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00nn on the day of departure.  

• Request for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with corresponding additional charge. Full rate shall apply for extensions beyond 6:00pm 

• By 10pm, only the maximum allowable registered guests can stay in the Guest’s Room. Visitors staying beyond 10pm are considered extra person and the corresponding charge per person shall apply. 

• Midas Hotel and Casino has no accountability for any Lost, Damage or related circumstances to guest by his/her unregistered Guest/Visitor. In accord, registered visitors will still be subject for guest approval upon leaving the property. 

• Guests below 20 years old are required to be accompanied by their parent/s or legal guardian/s. 

• SDB (Safety Deposit Box) is available in all rooms for safekeeping of valuables. The Hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the guestrooms. 

• Additional request for room amenities such as toiletries and bottle water shall be charged accordingly. 

• Complimentary Wireless Internet Connection is available inside the room and in other hotel areas. 

• DO NOT DISTURB sign is provided in all guest rooms. Hotel reserves the right to enter the rooms with “DO NOT DISTURB” sign for more than 24 hours and in case of emergency. 

• Emergency evacuation plan is located at the back of your main door. 

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT 

• The hotel requires full settlement of the total room charge upon check in. Guests may use all major credit cards or cash (Philippine Peso or US Dollars) to cover the Incidental Deposit of Php3, 000.00 per room per night. The Incidental Deposit is refundable in full amount upon check out if not consumed.  

MIDAS CLEAN AIR ACT 

• In compliance to Executive order 26 issued by the Philippine Government; Smoking and vaping is not permitted in all hotel areas. The only designated smoking area is located at the Mezzanine Casino. Smoking violation is subject to cleaning charge of Php15,000.00.  

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS 

• Outside foods and drinks are discouraged. The hotel reserves the right to charge a corkage fee for food and drink items that exceed the personal consumption of registered guests. For party-sized food or drink items, guests will be required to avail the hotel’s function room with corresponding charges for corkage and venue rental. For outside deliveries, guests are strictly required to personally pick-up food/drink from the designated delivery area. 

• Outsource massage services are subject to hotel cover charge amounting to Php1,000.00 per guest/day. Masseuse shall be registered at 

the front desk for hotel reference and a waiver will be requested to be filled out by guest prior to availment of service. 

• One key per registered guest shall be provided. Should you require an additional, such will be issued to registered guest only. 

• Unauthorized photoshoot is not permitted, request for photoshoot within the hotel premises can be arranged with corresponding fee, terms and condition at the front desk. 

• Fire Fighting Appliances. Tinkering and tampering of firefighting appliances/devices such as smoke detectors and fire sprinklers is punishable by law and with a charge of Php10,000.00 for every violation thereof. 

• Firearms, deadly weapons, heating devices and highly flammable items are strictly prohibited inside the room for safety reasons. 

Electrical appliances other than those provided by the hotel are not allowed.  

• 220 Volts is used in all electrical outlets. 

• Hotel prohibits pets within the premises. 

• Items with distinct odor inside the Guest’s Room is not permitted. 

• Use of illegal substances within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited. 

• Any losses, breakages, damages and/or stained hotel property will be charged accordingly. 

• Hanging of any items at the balcony area and fire sprinklers heads/ceiling light fixtures are strictly prohibited.  

Midas Hotel reserves the right to refuse or send out guests / visitors as deemed necessary. Any damage to property within the hotel premises will 

be charged accordingly.
