The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was stuck in time like it was abandoned. The staff was great, the breakfast is free and not bad either, I personally went for the pancakes <3 Overall 6/10

Room, staff, amenities are all under par. I am not expecting that hotel is still operating.

Raggedy place

Feels like you're in North Korea.

No wifi in the room, ceiling fan is not working. The room was not cleaned very well.

Its a good hotel to stay for a business trip not requiring expensive amenities and concierge. It does the job and people are very warm and cooperative. They are very responsive to our needs. I will go back and stay there when I visit Baguio again.

Location is very good. Room is big. Located in ideal area for our stay.

Staff are very accommodating, big room and it was clean, some problem with parking slot but it was solve immediately. Will book again on my next baguio visit.
