Good

The Bosphorus view suite is really good. The views were fantastic, the room spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Helpful staff - we asked if they would clean the windows to improve the visibility and it was done the next morning. Excellent bathroom & shower. Breakfast was ok without being anything special. The location is fantastic - 3 minutes from Sirkeci tram and metro, 7-8 minutes to the ferries. Loads of restaurants all within a street or two, and a lovely bustling vibe.

Internet was fast and reliable. Bathroom taps need attention and shower head not secure. Blood found on bedding when first checked in. Staff friendly and attentive. Did not try the breakfast

Excellent location! I spent 4 nights in a twin room on the first floor at Elanez Hotel in September 2025 The staff are very friendly & make you feel welcome. The location is excellent, just round the corner from the hustle & bustle of Istanbul but I couldn’t hear any of it from the room which was fab! Most things are in walking distance which is amazing, just 15 mins to Sultanahmet Square with Topkapi Palace & Hagai Sofia etc. If you want to venture further out the T1 tram is a few minutes walk away. The room is large with a twin bed, sofa, fridge, tv, good air con & a bathroom. The bathroom is a good size but a bit run down & there were ants. The shower pressure is good but sometimes there is no water for half an hour, I think this is an Istanbul issue though not the hotel. WiFi is good & strong. There aren’t many plug sockets which isn’t ideal. Breakfast was nice with 3 hot options each day boiled eggs, omelette & then chips or pepperoni it changed each day. There is also salad, cheese, meats, fruit, bread, jams & spreads. Fruit juices & hot drinks. Lots of supermarkets & restaurants nearby it is the perfect location. Worth staying for the central Istanbul location as long as you don’t mind a few things not perfect.

Location is convenient for public transport & plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was satisfactory. Limited breakfast not replenished.

Fabulous for the price!

Great Hotel, very friendly staff, very close walking distance to all tourists attractions, also you can walk over Galata bridge to the New District and not take a tram (it can be very crowded). I had a great stay for 6 nights.Rooms get cleaned daily. Only wish breakfast would have more variety or at least different options during my stay. Thank you Hotel Elanaz and your wonderful staff!

We loved our stay at Elanaz. The staff is all extraordinarily friendly and helpful. It's super well located for tons of restaurants and close to Topkapi and the blue mosque. They offered either Turkish coffee or American, and the tea is always at the Reddy. Breakfast had the usual Turkish assortment of sausage and eggs, many cheeses and olives. We loved it here!

Our stay at the Elanaz Hotel was wonderful.1 Their team and staff at the hotel really MADE our stay in Istanbul amazing! From the welcoming and helpful check-in by Irina, to the FANTASTIC Above-And-Beyond way that Hussein helped me to surprise my daughter upon check-in, to the gentleman who worked the night shift after Hussein (I'm sorry, but I forget his name) who helped us get a taxi when when our other options fell through... The Elanaz Staff/ Team are really incredible! We felt welcomed, were treated in such a friendly way and were helped with the little things that we didn't quite know how to do around Istanbul. And, yes, the accommodations were nice too. The breakfast was good and the rooms were nice. There are many restaurants and stores close by (plus probably way too much baklava, which we took advantage of). You're close to the Tram and can walk (15ish minutes) to the Basilica Cisterns and the Blue Mosque. Staying at The Elanaz will enhance your visit to your beautiful Istanbul.
