Good stay. Decent location in Taoyuan, with price, and facility. The staff was friendly (let me check in early) and I had no issues throughout my stay. Although, I would recommend changing the check time to 3:00 PM, adding a cable weight machine in the fitness room (there are multiple cardio machines, but only one set of free weights), and maybe a drink voucher for the bar. The bar is a nice area, but the hotel seems to neglect using it. Also, I did I see any other customers checking it out/there.

The staff are all very attentive to guest needs. Ladies at the breakfast restaurant are wonderful. Thank you for the big welcome & smiles every morning! The room is very clean inside out with no dust. Even though it's not a brand new hotel, it is considered very well maintained. The lobby area is really nice and front desk staff are great too. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff was very nice. Breakfast also nice including people there. Carpet in room just need to be cleaned very soon. Not very big choice of channels in tv for English speaking people. Lack of some major sporting events like F1 race on tv.

Another excellent stay. Over the years, have stayed 3 times (family) no complaints. A bit distant from the nearest metro stop, short taxi trip is inexpensive. A very good base if flying out early the next day, or as a stop over for a night or two.
Has a 24 hr laundry with North America style washer and dryer (i.e. the dryer dries fast). Right beside a McDonalds, nearby is a KFC and various local eateries. Hotel breakfast is good, a variety of items.
Staff always of service, helpful.
