The room was spacious and bright, with a large window that brought in plenty of natural light. The carpet, bedding, and bathroom were all exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and provided fast service.
However, the common areas were noticeably outdated and poorly maintained. The lobby windows were dirty, and the lobby, hallways, and flooring throughout the property appeared worn and in need of renovation. While the room itself was very comfortable, the condition of the shared spaces did not reflect the same standard.

The bathtub's drain was not draining the water while showering, when you are showering...the water takes too much time to drain so you are literally bathing in water whereas it ought not to be so.
