Reservation for elderly parents for one. They were not able to check in and get their room at least hour after check-in. No hot water on day of check-in or next morning before their flight. Contacted front desk and they said maybe parents didn't know how to use shower. Many many years of hotels and Airbnbs stay in Vietnam, so definitely know how to use shower. No assistance. Would not stay again or refer.

The room was clean and tidy. However we did not have a window. Consider booking a room with city view. Staff were excellent.
