The room is normal and old style and the wall decor was old breakfast is not a 5-star hotel i can hear the next room clearly carpet was not clean and old. The Hilton in Jeddah is the best hotel in jeddah i am sorry that they don't spend on keeping it new and up to date and the breakfast used to be much better. In total, you don't get what you paid for

The room was clean staff very good and a great location. Tea and drinking water was replaced in time. As regards amenities the safe deposit vault in the room was outdated and not working. Since our stay was short I didn’t complain. The Indian restaurant was below expectations. But overall we loved the stay and would recommend to fellow travellers and friends.

We arrived early so we needed to check in early to rest before our meetings. Check in was a nightmare as for 2 hours each employee kept on coming back with a different opinion! After we checked in we were chocked by the fact that hotel was under renovation! So drilling and hammering until 6 pm and still charged the full price without even a simple apology!!
