Palette Resort Myrtle Beach

My stay at the Pallette resorts was excellent. Service was wonderful, room was clean. I recommend everyone to give this hotel a try, you will not be disappointed. Price was cheap and plenty space to park your vehicle. Thank you to all the employees for making my trip to Myrtle Beach wonderful!!!

Awesome place had a great stay!

When we first got there, we pulled in and was notified that we had to go down to the corner. Make a left go down and make another left and pull into the parking lot. They had no parking on site. We get in check into our hotel get in the elevator. The elevator stunk so bad we figured not a big deal. get into our room. We start checking stuff as we always do there was a blood spot in the shower look like someone spit up in the sink. There was blood on the floor at the bottom of the bed. We check the balcony. It was filthy dirty you look down there was trash and debris all at the bottom there was trash and debris in the palm trees. That was right by our balcony. The best thing about this hotel was the bed was comfortable. That’s it highly do not recommend this hotel.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Sand was already in the bed, I was sleep , my girl wakes me up in a panic, a man walked straight into our room and said my bad and walked off. Something’s wrong with the doors or something. The manager did not care at all. She said no refund but gave us another room, that room looked worse and no lie, we opened the new room door with no card key, we just packed up and left.

There were little things like hair in the bedsheets, hair in the shower, and dirty towels. While the property is going thru renovations through the main public areas, the room needed touch ups as well. Missing trim, stained shower, and dirty linens

Great location, but between the property renovations and remodeling throughout the premises and half finished rooms without decor or trash cans I’m not the type to complain but whewwww never again

Hotel didn’t match the pictures , room was more days inn type of hotel … some appliances was rusted .. pool was nice hot tub was closed , lounge/bar wasn’t great but overall great location for the beach

This was the most disgusting place we have EVER set foot in. Crack house sums it up. The entire hotel was filthy, they were undergoing renovations while we were there yet lied stating they weren’t. Our ‘suite’ was nothing like the photos! Filthy place! Getting cooking utensils / items for our kitchen we booked (absolutely NOTHING in the room other than 1 styrofoam cup) was a huge hassle. Finally after about an hour we got a set of pots and 2 teaspoons? Make that make sense. Further requests they brought us a set of dishes after about 2 hours. Zero hangers in the room, an iron but no ironing board. No table to sit at to eat, they ended up bringing us a patio table and outdoor chairs - photos showed a table to sit at but nothing in the room. Not done yet…. 1 twin size blanket for our king sized bed. Didn’t get an additional blanket until the next day after being told they don’t have any others. 2 hand towels for the shower and you have to bring them down to exchange yourself if u want clean ones. The pool area was nothing like the photos! It was disgusting with broken lawn chairs. We booked for a week but were out the next day after checking in! Oh and the cops were there 4 times during our 2 days we were there. Don’t stay here! It should NOT be open until it’s in better shape! Oh and parking is not on the property, it’s 2 blocks away and it’s super difficult to pull in to empty your car due to the large dumpster at the front - yet they are not renovating lol. Complete dive!

Bad points : Wet and sticky floor, water was coming from where I don't know, no blankets, No utensils eventhough we have full studio room with kitchen, water dripping in balcony of ocean front. Good points : Ac working Good, swimming pool cleaned and good, Good ocean view with good Air circulation

this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Crackhead was forced out of hotel room and staff was horrible.
