My experience was average overall. The biggest downside was that there was construction going on within the property. Parking was another frustration—despite paying for it, it's not clear whether you'll actually find an available spot. The staff also didn't mention that street parking is an option, which would have been helpful to know in advance. The breakfast was just okay, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable. On the positive side, the rooms were reasonably clean and the location was convenient. With better communication about parking and once the construction is complete, the experience would likely improve.

Location was close to lots of places. Seems family friendly with lots of kids during breakfast. Parking was $26/night and difficult to find covered parking with cramped space to maneuver. Water pressure was too low. It was manageable for one night, but probably wouldn’t stay here in the future.

Paying for parking while staying there really sucks. We payed for the room. It should include 1 parking space. And the parking spaces are really SMALL. Not enough room for a full size truck or SUV in most spaces. Sewer leaks all through the garage. Very unsanitary. A disturbing Scraping sound for the elevator doors when opening and closing. Also buttons and lights need to be maintained. The mattress on the sofa/sleeper is NOT made for human comfort. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it. I probably will not stay there again.

The breakfast was great! Loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was super friendly. Loved having a room with a separate space with bunk beds for the kids. Close to all the attractions we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

You know the saying! You get what you pay for! If your looking into saving some money with a real decent breakfast then this is your spot, but if your looking into spending another $50 dollars do so!

If you have kids and don’t mind the very loud noises and screams and running up and down the hall it’s the place for you. The breakfast was make your own kind of style. I thought it was a buffet like listed but it’s “make your own” type. Not ideal for the price at all. Towels and sheets are supper thin and hotel just is outdated. Room is very hard to stay cold. I do prefer the Hilton over this. Had horrible sleep from the mattress and the non stop running from the kids in the hall. Also note there is only like 1 elevator…. It’s giving cheap motel

We spent one night. Our room was nice, didn’t have any problems. Right off the 8 Freeway. A little tricky to get to. Wish they had more disabled parking spaces. Good breakfast, they had multiple waffle irons with different flavored batters. Near Old Town and our Favorite restaurant, Casa de Pico.
