Hotel is definitely not sound proof in terms of rooms. Staff is good - quick, helpful, professional. Hotel needs repair on some areas.

For a 4-star hotel, I was surprised how unlike a 4-star hotel this one was except for its lobby floor. The glamor and fineness of the lobby floor reminded me of the Luis XIV style of interior design. But the rooms and quality of the beds and amenities are quite a different story.

Clean room and good sea view

View was nice and staff was nice but we found ants near the couch of our hotel room. Other than that place was pretty clean.

Cons: The room was much smaller than expected. There were minimal amenities. The guy managing the pool check in was super rude in answering my questions. The pool is very small and deep and not at all friendly for young children. I found a clump of hair (def not my texture) in a new set of towels in the bathroom. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The location is not the best but it worked for me, as it was close to a subway. Pros: The lobby and restaurant are fancy and great for pictures but the room decor does not reflect the lobby decor. I really liked the pedestrian walkway attached to the building because on rainy days we can walk to the station without getting wet. I really appreciate that they offer a halal menu in the restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try the food or the afternoon tea.

Overall I had a pleasant experience. The room was quite small, and some amenities were not provided, which was a little disappointing. However, the hotel's location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The service from the staff was also wonderful. In particular, the lady from housekeeping was incredibly helpful and friendly. She kept the room clean and tidy every day, and her hard work and kindness made my stay much more enjoyable. Despite the small room, I would consider staying here again because of the great location and the excellent service provided by the staff.

We had a fabulous stay. Concierge was friendly & very helpful, housekeeping excellent. We used the pool, gym and related facilities- all excellent. Short walk to public transport, supermarket & dining. We caught the bus (stop by train station) to the airport, took just over 1 hour cheaper than the train.

AC is a bit tricky, and many times reverted to just blowing out air which made the room get warm.

Friendly staffs, convenience location, definitely come back
