I arrived at this property on a day when local authorities had issued a high heat alert due to extreme temperatures. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel does not have air conditioning. Both the lobby and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it impossible for me to stay safely. If you are considering this hotel, be sure to read the property details carefully. Since there is no air conditioning, you will definitely feel the effects of the heat during warm weather. I explained my health concerns to management and requested a full refund because the extreme temperatures made it unsafe for me to remain at the property. Unfortunately, they refused and charged me for three of the five nights I had originally booked, despite the citywide heat emergency. I was fortunate to find another hotel nearby with air conditioning at the last minute. I found the management’s response to be lacking in compassion and flexibility given the exceptional circumstances. While I understand cancellation policies exist, I was disappointed that no reasonable accommodation was made during an extreme weather emergency.

Really great location, breakfast was great. Room was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay

No A/C which even with a fan it’s hard to sleep with the sweltering summer temperatures

Nos encantó el desayuno! La variedad de los alimentos es increíble, todo delicioso y el personal muy atento a que no hiciera falta nada. La habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado y el abanico que proporcionaron no estaba en buen estado y era insuficiente para el calor extremo del verano.

Excellent stay in the centre of Vienna.

Close to metro, coffee shops, market and the main shopping area.

3.5 Perfectly OK place to stay in central Vienna, Basic and not too expensive. The staff however are excellent. Very helpful and kind. Would stay again but it is a bit no frills. I liked it and convenient to Museum Quartier. The street has lots of nice little shops and good restaurants. Also the hotel has a Spar grocery store on the ground floor that does good sandwiches and prepared meals.

Clean room. Grocery store in the same building. Room would be better if it had a mini-fridge.

This is a very clean, great location, with a good breakfast for a very reasonable price. It's walkable to the inner ring and close to 2 different subway stations. In the summer it may be hot due to the lack of air-conditioning.

Location is really great. Affordable price. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was clean. My room was not small. It was simple room and amenities, worthit for price. Unfortunately, no in room a fridge and kettle. But you can get the hot water ant front desk and ask staff. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast, because of I had to go airport early morning.
