We haves stayed at the IBC hotel last few years for the convenient locations to public transportation, restaurants, Cheongyecheon stream and families. This year the hotel seemed to have hot water supply systems which was resolved with two afternoon hot water systems shot down. Air conditioning was working well but noisy. Carpets were stained and need of deep steam cleaning.

It was nice and convenient. I liked that they had a 7eleven and coffee shop attached. There was dining but I did not participate. There was also a GS25 across the street. I can hear outside noise from my room so it was hard to sleep. The staff was nice and I was able to store my luggage there after checking out and coming back later with no additional charge. They responded well to my emails.

We had a wonderful stay at your establishment. The location was conveniently central for our plans. The room was well-maintained and the air conditioning worked excellently. The breakfast offered a good selection of options.

Good: Room in great condition and wonderful staff. Conveniently attached to a convenience store with proximity to three train lines. To improve: Toilet bidet did not appear to function in my room. Room was too hot (26⁰C). No way to cool aside from opening the window. Street noises are too loud to keep window open while asleep.

Internet fast, rooms well appointed and very clean, with Japanese toilets. Easy access from Incheon airport with limo bus. Close to buses & subways. Would definitely stay here again. All staff were very nice & helpful.
