Yes and you. There was no towel stand in the washroom. You can consider putting at lease 2 towel stand for the washroom.

Staff was in denial mode for everything and hospitality is not there in their behaviour at all. Don't know how they are operating it listing on Expedia with 3 star type. Kindly check all thing before booking or atleast choose option to pay at hotel.

Did not like this hotel, found a cockroach on my bed. The shower is right beside the toilet and theres not door blocking or anything. AC not working well.
