Excellent reception experience. Great rooftops bar and pool. Breakfast had lots of choice, very good quality, and good value. Big room with views over the city. Only issue was the lack of hot water in the shower.

Great welcoming staff, always pleasant and helpful, from check-in, cleaning staff, and restaurant/bar staff. The room was cleaned daily, with clear instructions on sustainability, which was much appreciated. Staff helped me and my needs as a person with a disability, especially during the morning buffet.

We had a very good stay at the Barceló Valencia. The hotel is in a great location, the cleanliness was excellent, and our room was both spacious and quiet. However, the property is looking a little tired in places, with some loose flooring, chipped paint, and a messy shower seal. We also found the bathroom layout a bit strange, as there was no main door and only a frosted glass door for the toilet. Overall a good experience, but it could use a little refreshing.

The breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool. Our only issue was that the bathroom didn't have a door.

One gentleman was friendly at the desk along with the chamber maid. The other ladies at the front desk were unfriendly. The clothes steamer was not functional and the one we were offered as a replacement also broken. We were impressed by the tidyness and space in the room. Nice location with many restaurants and views of the modern Arts and Science District.

The hotels location is good. Beautiful views of the City of Science and within walking distance of the outer rim of the old town. Overall the staff was good. The room was comfortable but housekeeping was spotty. Taxis were readily available and Uber was as well. Bus stops were nearby.
