Sub medie Cleanliness is absolutely under the expectation. Of course I ain’t expecting a five star hotel standard but it is just poor. Definitely won’t recommend. However there are plenty of eateries at the area. Guardian & Watson are nearby too if you need any necessities. Some more the staff charged me extra money when I checked in and said the price will be different when pay at the venue due to some fees that I didn’t understand.

The photos definitely caught the best side for this hotel - in reality, the rooms felt a lot smaller and darker and they weren't sparkling clean, with ants in the bathroom. Wifi wasn't great (only an issue as I was travelling on business) and there was a kettle but no teabags / anything to make a drink with when arriving late at night. It certainly wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in and it did the job of a place to stay near where I was working, but I was definitely disappointed on arrival and wouldn't stay again.
