Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

It was not a pleasant experience. I had to be moved 3 times to different rooms. The AC did not work in any of the rooms in the whole building. The door didn't close in one of the rooms. Then, at the third room, I woke up at 4 in the morning to find water everywhere. The room got flooded!

Roaches everywhere

A/c not working at all, Dinning places hot ,all facilities did not have a/c at all,food not great at all ,adults area all bars close hourly some even 7 pm ,not coming back never

1. The staff was not very friendly. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome. 2. The air conditioning was inadequate and did not keep the place comfortable. 3. The food was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this place. No bueno,

My stay at Crown Paradise Golden was unfortunately a mixed experience. When we first checked in, the junior suite room was extremely hot, and the A/C wouldn't cool below 79 degrees. It made it very difficult to sleep, especially after a long day of traveling. The room design was also odd. The bathroom had see-through glass, offering very little privacy, and the toilet was positioned facing the bed, which felt uncomfortable and awkward to me. Thankfully, Tino at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by moving us to an oceanfront room. The upgraded room was much larger, had better airflow with additional fans, and offered a beautiful view that significantly improved our stay. However, the oceanfront room wasn't without issues. The shower had no curtain or door, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. The biggest disappointment was the food on the adults-only side. The buffet was below average and lacked the quality I expected from a resort. However, when we ate at the family-side Crown Paradise buffet, the difference was night and day. The food there was absolutely fuego—much better variety, flavor, and overall quality. The staff on that side were also outstanding. A special thank you to Daniel, who worked at the entrance. He consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Employees like Tino and Daniel were the highlights of the trip and helped make up for a lot.

Love this resort. Come back year after year. Staff is amazing.

NO A/C I repeat there is NO A/C. Their food options sucks. Roaches on the floors and other insects in rooms. Their drinks have little to no alcohol you can’t taste it at all. Sky pool was filthy as well.

The staff is fantastic

The staff was attentive and wonderful. Especially enjoyed the sunset views from the beach bar and rooftop pool. Also enjoyed the specialty restaurants. All were excellent with great service. All in all a wonderful resort thst is a great value.

The uniqueness of the property its an older building that has been well maintained. The staff still continues to give 5 star service. It does need some updates. But it is still an Awesome place.
