We had a very good stay, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was included. There is a laundry station there, and that was very helpful. The only reason I took off one star is because the bed and pillows are so hard and uncomfortable. But everything else was great :).

Great selection of toiletries, free Japanese breakfast in the morning was excellent. Room had everything we needed, thoughtful touches including fabric deodorizer, usb port, flashlight, door stopper, and reading light.

Property was ok however the room we booked was for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. We got there to find 2 single beds and no ability to change or upgrade due to the property being booked out. Also the buffet was very Asian with no western options. We went to a local bakery instead as there wasn't even fruit or cereal or toast as an option
