All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!

I absolutely loved my stay at Bouti City Capsule Inn. This is my second time staying in a capsule hotel in Taipei and this capsule hotel is incredibly clean and convenient! There's also private rooms if you book for 2 people. The shared area is well kept and the coolest part is that when you entire the establishment, there is a bar!

Pros
- convenient location
- kitchen
- large bed
Cons:
- could not connect to WiFi in my room, when I informed front desk he told me this is because I was connected to the main floor WiFi however this was not the case. The WiFi did not allow me to connect period.
- rude front desk staff
- the number of washrooms is not sufficient for the number of people they have on each floor
- washrooms are dirty
- elevator takes forever to arrive, I ended up taking the stairs more often than taking the elevator

Fantastic Staff are friendly and professional. They made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Would love to stay back again next time. Its worth every penny and very near to the main station and bus stops. They help us on how to find the way to the tourist spots. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic This is my first ever hostel experience and I must say I’m impressed with not only the quality of the facilities but also cleanliness. The beds are high quality Super single size and a very spacious individual shared bathrooms. To top it off, the hostel is perfectly located with 5-10 mins walk distance to the Main Taipei Metro station that is also where the airport express arrives and depart from. Nothing more to say but it was an excellent stay!

Minunat The location is good and the bed is cozy!
The staff in reception are nice.
However, the cleaning time is not very good. The staff cleaned the dust in the upper deck over my head and also they cleaned the locker while I was facing the locker and tidying up my stuff. I think the staff could wait a bit or ask when I would leave the room.
Though there is rule saying no tidy-up druing 11pm-8am, the hostel arranged guests coming after midnite for rest for 3 hours. It still caused mich noise.
If the number of toilets could increase, it would be much better.
Also the books in common room are good :)
