Very old and basic motel. Clean and comfortable bed and large shower. Fine for an overnighted for the price. Location is pretty good.

This is a basic motel in a great location. It’s clean and comfortable if you are just looking for a bed to stay the night. We have stayed here a few times now.

Nice little hotel, new roomy bathroom. Heater wasn't so good, parking is very tight, small cars only. Convenient location, close to town and right next door to an old Irish pub.

Older property with spacious rooms, overall its clean but the bath had mould stains throughout the silicone around the edge. Reverse cycle heating was appreciated in Ballarat and the motel is walking distance was shops and restaurants.

Parking off the street was great although manoeuvring into tight park surrounded by pylons was extremely difficult. Would of been great to have cutlery and drinking glasses, otherwise the room was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, was an excellent position close to shops and medical facilities for appointment the following day. Would stay again.
