Great location by the Bund. Have been many times to this hotel. The service used to be better but if you ask them to fix whatever is not working out, they will promptly

One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at. Only about 100m from a metro station, walkable into city centre and the river, great breakfast selection, lovely spacious room and bathroom and excellent English speaking staff. Only problem is the construction going on next door which starts quite early. Ruins the serenity while having breakfast on the patio. But that is Shanghai really.

This hotel was amazing. The tub was huge. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. But the best part was the staff. When I arrived I was suffering from a migraine and very sick. They were incredibly helpful bringing my bags to my room and getting me extra water bottles and asking if I needed anything else. I will absolutely stay here again.

We had the SSAW room which was spacious especially the bathroom. Love the water pressure of the shower. Bed was comfortable and big however room was a little dim. Aircon wasn’t turned on but 2 side windows were opened as month of April still cool. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from but seats were limited . Overall we had a great stay; will definitely stay there again.
