Decent budget hotel close to the hbf. Main room was spotless. Apart from the main light didn't work I could have complained but wanted sleep.
Bathroom was reasonable though nasty stain in the toilet and water heater looked a bit precarious

Good location to do xmas markets. Nice spacious room. Free coffee and water. Staff very helpful.

Great price for the location and quality. Perfect for a short stay. Since it’s beside the train station it might be noisy for some however for me it’s not a bother as it’s just white noise. Staff very friendly and would stay again due to its close proximity to the city centre.

This staff, especially Mohammad, went beyond the call of duty. My rental car battery died in the garage because I left my hazards on. When I told him the problem. He first looked at the car with me to see if there was a back up battery. When I couldn’t get my call to go through to roadside services, he used his personal phone; when we found out they were closed for the day, he called the rental car company, met the truck with me and made sure it started. He helped us every step of the way. He was so kind. We met 3 of the front desk staff- and each one was friendly as well.
This is also a great location. We walked to so many things.

Horrible experience with this hotel. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Asked if we could switch hotels (exact same hotel different part of the city) to be closer to the train station we were arriving at very late at night. They advised consideration would be given once we booked the other hotel and provided the confirmation number. We did this and hoped for a switch. The day after check out we got a message saying they would not honour the switch and we were on the hook for the bookings at both hotels. I found this very misleading and scheming on their part to get more $ out of us. Would never stay at this hotel again! Very disappointed in their conduct!
