Convenient location to where we were going, rooms nice, comfy bed only one bath towel for two people which is annoying. The bar had no draft beer so paying same price for a small bottle or can that you would for a pint. The toilet area next to the bar smelt disgusting of stale urine and that was before you even got in the toilet. But overall stay was good and would stay again

Fantastic
Everything was great. It's a very nice new hotel. Staff was awesome I personally wouldn't stay in the city centre again, too busy for me...but for those that enjoy access to the heart of the city it's perfect. Parking across the street is cheaper and better than what is recommended

I was travelling with my daughter so 2 females. Unfortunately for us the hotel had an American group of children staying in the hotel - mostly on the floor we were allocated a room. At 5pm I had several girls playing football in the corridor. At 10pm I had constant banging of doors, noise in the corridor and around 15 teenage lads outside my room. I told them this was a hotel and to behave appropriately. By 10.15 I rang reception and reported it. Duty Manager came up to hear me shouting at the children to respect this was a hotel and to go to bed. Manager shouted at me for talking to ‘children’ in this way. Note if I had spoken they would not have heard - they were making so much noise. It took 4 phone calls to reception to get the children into their rooms and to be quiet. I should never have been there placed on the corridor with this group. I felt vulnerable and threatened and was not prepared to move rooms at 22.50 when offered. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and loved it but they lost control of the situation and I will never go back. No compensation or apology offered.

I arrived a couple of hours before check in, but my room was already ready, so they let me check in and go up at no extra cost! What a concept! Room itself felt rather spacious, bed was comfortable and big enough for my 6' 4'' self, and everything worked as it was meant to! Air conditioning very good, on the quieter side too, though I didn't have it on overnight, the room stayed cool enough when I was there. Hotel is in a great spot in the city, right near the main station, and the Piccadilly Gardens hub! Some bits of cleaning on the carpet in the main room were missed, but otherwise the room was pretty much spotless, the bathroom too. One of the bathroom spotlights was flickering ever so slightly, but it wasn't an issue once I realised what was going on, you learn to ignore it. The only actual complaints I have are that the TV in the room has a very small list of channels, such as no BBC Radio, and the plumbing noise from other rooms is very loud at times. I do not know how. Shower was a bit weak, but not pathetic, so no big deal. I would likely stay here again if the price was as good as I found it!

Outstanding property. Clean, well appointed. Breakfast was really good.quite room, a wee compact but nevertheless ok. We loved it. Close to Piccadilly station and within walking distance to most tourist destinations. Great stay, highly recommend.
