The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. after a rainy early-morning flight, and although it was much too early to check in, one gentleman kindly showed me to a quiet restroom where I could freshen up. His thoughtfulness and kindness truly touched me. I didn’t get the chance to ask his name, but I would like to sincerely thank him. The early check-in fee of $50 was absolutely worth it. The only downside was that the room did not have a refrigerator. However, the outstanding service and genuine care from the staff made my stay a very positive experience.

The hotel was perfect for our weekend. It is in a good location. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and a nice size. We were pleased with it and would definitely stay there again.

The elevators are very small and very slow. Had to wait 10 min for one. Also one of the elevators weren't working, so it took even longer. We did not like that our room was right in front of the elevator. You can hear people talking while waiting. The breakfast wasn't good. I was told the rooms could not maintain microwaves, but they should at least had a small fridge in them. It wasn't convenient that we had to go to another floor to get ice.

The room was clean, a little small but it’s NY. The staff was polite and the security person was friendly and took our picture for us. I didn’t use the amenities but the free breakfast was good and popular.

We stay at this hotel every single time we go to NY and will continue to do the same!!!! It’s clean, nice staff, good breakfast, always water and coffee in the lobby and PERFECT LOCATION‼️
