Hotel condition seems a bit old. Reception can speak fluent english. Service is good. Buffet dinner just so so. But the hot spring is good especially the external one.
Air conditioning cannot adjust the temperature.

Clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, a healthy start for the day. Although I cannot speak Japanese, the staff was kind enough to communicate with me through actions. It was a good experience.

Minunat The hotel is located in a quiet area but easy to find. There are ample carpark sheltered, open as well as automated lots. The hotel serves local as well as western breakfast buffet. I stayed 2 nights there and was happy with the amenities provided.

Minunat A bit of a walk from the nearest train station, but not completely unpleasant. Close to a few restaurants and the highway if you're driving. The breakfast is very tasty, and they also have an onsen on the bottom floor.
