Room was way bigger than expected, yep - there is a balcony. If you get the room with a washing machine it is the way to go.
Everything walking distance, one of the top Ramen shop next door, food mart across the street, 3 min walk away from all the noise of Shibuya but 3 minutes to all the joy of Shibuya., just book and gooooo!

They won’t clean your room if you stay there less than 7 days. The air conditioning was very loud. After a few nights of use, both the sink and the bathtub became completely blocked and wouldn’t drain at all.

Great property! 10 minute walk to Shibuya crossing, 3 minutes to a 7-11. Very friendly staff and the fridge, microwave, dishes and washing machine were very useful. The beds were also bigger than I thought it would be and there was a nice deep tub for soaking. Loved it!
