Courteous check-in/check-out staff, fast and efficient. Clean room, hotel only provide 1 key card, Tv not workable unable to watch distortion signal is bad, wifi weak, toilet showers water seeping out floor wets. No room slippers and toothbrush. We stays for 2 nights no frills hotel simple and comfortable. Mattress a bit hard. $50 cash deposit is required. Hotel surrounded with lots Indian foods eg ABC bistro and nearby 3 Chinese coffee shops. Walking distance to Nu Sentral mall and KL Sentral station.

Staff were fine, room was relatively clean, but area wasn't the greatest and sound proofing needs to be improved, every morning i was woken up by the local train announcements regularly because there was no sound proofing of the windows.

ロケーションは、KLセントラル駅から徒歩1分、飲食店やコンビニも多数あり便利です。夜中までうるさいです。窓なしの部屋が多数のため、気にするかたは避けたほうがいいです。

It was expensive as it was newish, but overall very good The only issue is the differing prices online between Kiwi, Expedia, and Agoda. I stay here in KL every 6 weeks. So the travel companies need to visit themselves and correctly assess.
