A/C was not cold, 2 of the 3 elevators not working, reception staff was not courteous, room was not cleaned until 5pm, room extremely small, and no complimentary water when it was hot outside. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Elevators were a problem as at times they were not working. Beds were comfortable. Property was well maintained but due for some redecorating.

Breakfast was very good. Nice variety and tasty. Elevators were a problem. Sometimes they worked and other times they did not needing to carry luggage down the stairs. Beds were comfortable. However the rooms appeared worn.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly.

The property grounds is dirty. Garbage is all over the front of the hotel. The phone in the room is not working. Was brought to the attention of the front desk but never been address. Requested for the room to be cleaned early in the morning. Put the sign at the door and also informed the receptionist and came back at 245pm but still not clean. Saw the cleaning gentleman on the floor of our room and told him. Went out to grab something to eat and came back after 2 hrs and still not cleaned. I went to the receptionist and told her and she called the cleaning person to clean it. The only thing good in this hotel is the location. Other than that, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
