The nightclub across the alley from this location played extremely loud music all night making it impossible to sleep. We were lucky to have an alternate room arranged for us at midnight on Friday, other families were not so fortunate. The assistant told us they have complained multiple times to Darwin council only to be ignored. If you book a room, be sure to insist on one away from the club. The new room were had was very quiet and made the rest of our stay pleasant.

Unless you like checking in with a computer screen I would give this place a miss. After booking with Hotels, still had to enter all my details again, then asked if i wanted to purchase a late check out, which I did only to find myself locked out of my room after 10:30am. Then had to find a real person at reception and then after two attempts finally got a key to allow me back in my room. The late check out stuff doesn't seem to transfer to your keys but it does take your money quickly ....

Good location, good size rooms. A couple of drinking Water bottles would’ve been a good touch.

Room had a terrible musty mouldy smell. Our room was very dated, old wooden furniture and curtains. No fresh air available. The mugs were very stained and there was no clock. The bathroom was newly renovated, but the tiles in the shower were slippery.
