Excellent stay. Valet parking was very reasonable. Staff helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Directly across from the ROM and close to shopping and restaurants. Keep in mind the hotel is pet friendly but you can inquire in rooms that are not included in that.

I was charged for king suite but they put me in standard roo. Constantly fire alarm was on in my stay Dates. Not recommended at all.

I was disappointed that I was charged fully for the stay in May not wjen checked in like was part of your program. Also very disappointed that they cancelled my Saturday night stay and to rebook it wanted over a $1000 very unprofessional especially when I have been staying there for years.
