Breakfast was basic but adequate, disappointed that the hotel did not recognise my birthday whilst at the hotel and during the stay despite mentioning that in my email to them. Every hotel I have visited during a special occasion has provided me with a cake or other special treats.

No in-room control of AC. Mini-fridges are just for show - they are not powered and guests have to bring anything they need cooled to the front desk for them to keep in a fridge. No ice available except for a very small container behind the bar which is almost always empty. Very poor security measures on luggage left with the front desk for safe-keeping: our valuables were simply left unattended in the lobby for anything to run off with. No doors on shower, such that the entire bathroom is soaked after anyone uses it. Glass doors on the washroom door - absolutely no privacy. Absurdly cramped guest rooms.

This was the most perfect hotel so beautiful and clean on the inside! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was so lovely. The location was amazing for walking around, very good restaurants near by and close to shopping at the galleries Lafayette. The staff was extremely kind friendly and helpful! We would definetly stay here again!

Great hotel and great locations! Rooms are a bit small so plan accordingly if traveling with two people. The standard double is really more to fit one person but other than that everything was great!

The hotel is overall in relatively good condition. The materials and repairs look well maintained, and the place feels solid from a physical standpoint. However, the breakfast is very expensive for what it offers. You can easily have a much better breakfast for about a quarter of the price at any of the nearby boulangeries. The staff is not very friendly, but they do help when needed and get things done. Service is functional, but not warm. The biggest issue with this hotel is the cleaning service. It is poor. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the overall hygiene is not at a good level. For example, you can come back at 5 PM after being out all day and your room is still not done. Sometimes they even come at 6 PM to clean, which is not acceptable. It feels like there is a lack of organization and supervision in housekeeping. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, with better management and better-trained staff. Also, the rooms are relatively small. Overall, the stay is okay, but the cleaning service is a major weakness that affects the experience.
