Our family of 3 stayed in the executive suite for 2 days post cruise. It was nice to stay away from the busier downtown area. There are so many delicious restaurants within walking distance and an indoor shopping mall right across the street that our teenager seemed to enjoy. The airport shuttle to YVR ran every 30 minutes, so it was very accessible. The staff and restaurant were fantastic. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable.

The wifi was absolutely awful. There was no hand soap in the room so we had to go get it. The temperature of the room was very hard to get at a comfortable level. Was too cold most of the time (even when turned up quite high). The elevator could be heard very loudly from our room. Parking was 35$ a night up from 25$ last time we stayed here. We have stayed here twice before and really liked it. We were disappointed this time.

Bun This time we stayed in an executive suite, and the temperature imbalance was really uncomfortable. The living room was nice and cool, but the bedroom was unbearably hot—it felt like the air conditioning might not have been working properly. I woke up in the middle of the night completely soaked in sweat, and my family members were also feeling close to heat exhaustion. In the end, we all had to sleep in the living room. For the bed sheets, there were yellow stains.
