Fullerton Inn - Near Medieval Times

I stay in this Inn every year to visit my mom who’s in the assisted living near by. The place is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. I’ll definitely use their hot tub next year. I suggest to upgrade the shower head but I highly recommend this place.

I traveled here for 4th of July holiday. The staff was always going the extra mile to make my stay amazing. They offer some Jacuzzi rooms for the reasonable rates. Especially a jacuzzi suite.... [ competitors charge twice the rates. ] it was definitely worth the money spent I would definitely come back again and again in the future.

I appreciate my room was changed Because the tv was not working And it was no phone in the room, Other than that my room was changed, Thank you! The problem was resolved

Had to pay $40 deposit to get TV remote that didn't work. Complained, the desk clerk came to our room with a 2nd remote, tried to start the system up,said it would work in 10 minutes. It never did. Bedding was filthy and stained. We came back from event too late to ask for clean linens, slept on top of beds. Phone in room 120 did not work. Keypad was filthy w/grime and had a hair on it.

Rooms were clean, tv didn’t work well. Parking was ok, close to restaurants and shops

It was close to the freeway, which was nice. However, the bathroom light didn't work and the shower knob was broken so I had to take a cold shower in the dark.

Pretty much everything was broken. The swimming pool was closed, even though it was on. The hair dryer was broken. The temperature in the shower was stuck on astronomically hot. Would absolutely never stay again.

I booked this hotel to enjoy the hot tub and pool only to be told the hot water tank did not work and pool was closed. The remote did not work for the tv but the manager did try to fix it. Begrudgingly.

Sub-standard, and I won't recommend staying over again.

Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day (I was not on the property during the day). When I asked if I was going to receive the towels or not he reluctantly gave me towels and had zero customer service or problem solving skills.. I will not be staying here in the future unfortunately and suggest you stay here at your own risk
