Location was perfect! Room was great except water pressure and chicken poop on private porch, couldn't use because of that. Breakfast and happy hour were nice, but upgrade to actual cups, not the waffle making cups or dip cups!

We had ants and some of the bathroom fixtures need to be repaired. Also, the WiFi connection was poor at times.
