Reception was polite and helpfull. Breakfasts were awful and the waiters were rude - ignorant. In general I would give them 3 rating out of 5.

I booked 2 rooms for 3-night stay at the hotel, but the room was cold and the heater didn’t work. The restroom also lacked basic hygiene items like hand wash, shampoo, and towels. After calling reception, these were provided, but the heater still didn’t work. My mother caught a cold, and we had to leave after the first night. The receptionist assured me I’d receive a refund for the remaining two nights, but I haven’t received it yet. Please process the refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
