We had a good stay. The sales people are annoying and the a/c system didn’t work that great. The kids loved the water park. Good place if you you’re bringing kids. I wouldn’t go here if just adults.

Everything was great except they did not explain our resort dollars and or returned dollars for going on the time shares event. We lost $500 because they didn’t explain how to request to use our resort dollars on the Italian meal.

Great family friendly property. I love the fact that you can use an app to plan your whole itinerary at the resort. There are a ton of options for activities for all ages. Also the food was great! I would definitely stay here again!
