The property staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable! We stayed here for my Birthday weekend. The property was very clean and smelled wonderful! The room was very clean and everything stocked. The staff greeted us whether we were coming or going! We will stay here again!😊

On a short stay, the first 2.5 days were without wifi. I could not connect and when I inquired about the situation, I was given a customer service number for me to call. I called and spent way too much time on the phone with no results. Finally, a staff member checked the access point in my room and determined that it was not working. They replaced it and I was able to connect. I did all of the troubleshooting for them and asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and was told I could not be compensated due to the booking was through Expedia.

Elevators was broken had to walk up 20 flights of stairs the whole weekend iam I big guy my knees is hurting and my ankles hurting real.bad..a need a refund
