Very reasonable for an overnight stay. Clean room, new shower stall, clean hallways and the pool was great.

The guy at the checkin was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was supposed to be breakfast but when we got there, there was only a bowl of granola bars. Disappointing.

Breakfast can be way better. Only
had a few granola bars and coffee no juice or water for children we traveled with 2 young children and no iron in the room had to go ask for one staff friendly.

There was a street light that was shining straight in to the room and the curtains did not close enough to block it then the door for outside was so loud that it would wake you up in the middle of the night

Front Desk guy was awesome!
The cockroach that crawled out from behind a baseboard was not. But hey, it is Texas, and this is their home, too. I was on a ground floor room, fwiw.
"Breakfast" was very, very, very minimal- basically a granola bar and coffee offering.
Still, I needed an inexpensive place to stay last minute, and it fit the bill.
