Wonderful location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant!

The only outstanding member of the staff was David at the front desk. He was attentive, always ready to help, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Starting with Rosanna Palma, the Events Manager—if I had to describe her in one word, it would be disaster. Communicating with her while trying to organize my husband’s birthday party on the rooftop was incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. When we arrived at the hotel on Sunday after spending the day at the F1 race, we were greeted by a lady at the front desk who was neither welcoming nor attentive. She didn’t explain any of the hotel’s amenities and made us feel as though we were bothering her. It certainly didn’t feel like she wanted to be working that day. Later that evening, we attended my husband’s birthday celebration on the rooftop. Unfortunately, the service there was equally disappointing. The waitstaff were inattentive, and we had to remind them several times to bring our drinks, even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only one other occupied table. To make matters worse, the polyester bed sheets made us sweat throughout the night, and the furniture in our room was heavily scratched and showed significant signs of wear. Overall, this was far from the level of service and quality we expected. We will not be returning.

The shower was amazing with Rituals product. Nice being so close to the water.

Hotel was very clean but housekeeping somewhat unreliable - we had to chase one day as our room was not cleaned Staff were very responsive and professional throughout Breakfast selection was great , coffee although was average

Hotel location was great and the staff were lovely! Rooftop restaurant and lounge area were great. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the price point. We were expecting higher level of comfort in our room. The room was not bad, just not great at the price we were paying.( 700 US )We did book through Expedia so perhaps that was our mistake as when I spoke to the front desk, the prices were cheaper. I would recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in Barcelona. The staff was very helpful on many fronts, including directions, restaurants, places to visit. The roof top restaurant was lively, the views were terrific, and the food was great, although the menu selection was somewhat limited. While the purpose of our trip was not to sun bathe, the pool was small. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend a stay at Duquessa de Cardona Hotel.

The staff was amazing, the hotel flawless. This was a luxurious stay in a perfect location. There are many restaurants within steps, the boardwalk is across the street, and the beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

I’d like to commend 2 staff members in particular , Alicia and Favio , for making our stay extra special. Their concern to meet our needs and ensure our comfort were much appreciated.
