One of my worst experiences in a hotel.The rooms were not maintained and there was a foul odor in the room throughout our 2 days of stay.

Stay with family for 3 days, the room seems clean but not quite, no complain about the property. Breakfast is available but not included. Surrounding area is the bad part, it is like in the ghetto smells bad also and during weekend the front of hotel becomes like a flea market.

Lovely helpful staff in this well maintained hotel. They helped us with navigating to the metro and bus services with our wheelchair. Rooms were a generous size and easily slept 3 adults. Air con made the room cool not cold but in 38° heat anything helped. Beds were comfy even with the pull out bed being a tad squeaky. Did not use the duvets due to the heat but the pillows were supportive. We did not eat at the hotel but we did see the generous array of breakfast food which looked and smelt lovely. Our only downside was the amount of roadworks outside and the market was very busy over the weekend. This of course was not the hotels fault and they did provide us with every assistance with our wheelchair. Would stay at Novotel again, very good value for money, safe, comfortable and clean

The location is not ideal. Impossible to find parking during the weekend. There is a market place that takes over parking lot in front of the hotel on the weekends! Even the cab driver had to stop on pedestrian walkway just to let us take our suitcases out. No decent restaurants around the area. Not a clean area around. The breakfast options were wonderful. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and always smells like sewer.... I am highly surprised it's rated as a 4 star hotel. 2.5 or 3 at best.

Clean spacious rooms which did what did we needed for a 2 night stay. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Would recommend
