Quiet, good breakfast. Very hot room during this heatwave. The room had a fan but was quite uncomfortable. Location is not convenient for stations. Lobby and breakfast room are nicely maintained, room was not.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also lovely. Good location for those on a budget as metro was roughly an 8 minute walk which got you around to all the main attractions. Room was very cramped and claustrophobic. We went during the heatwave and there was no air-conditioning and the hotel only provided one useless fan. I was feeling extremely suffocated by the heat in the room and when we asked for an addition fan, the hotel said they didnt have anymore. I hardly slept because of this and couldn't wait to get out of there. This could of been a one off situation but I'll be sure to book something with ac going forward.

This is a very well located hotel and I enjoyed my stay there for the most part. That said, the elevator did not work beyond the 5th floor (I was on the 6th, so had to take the stairs from there---no big deal, but it should be fixed). The breakfast was good, but they regularly ran out of food half way through the serving period. It was sometimes replenished, sometimes not. Room was small--but that's Europe, so no particular complaint there. However, there was a heatwave in Paris and the hotel (like many places in Paris) has no A/C, and the heat was absolutely stifling. (And I live in a hot place--I'm no stranger to hot weather). I was lucky that they were able to provide me an oscillating fan, which helped move the air somewhat--but other people in the hotel were not able to get one: must have been unbearable. Obviously, we can't blame the hotel for the weather! But with climate change, they are going to figure out a solution, as these situations are becoming much more common. They were very good about providing nice, cold water downstairs, which was much appreciated.

Location is great, food is good, hotel is clean. Don’t have AC in rooms , ice machine and hair dryer.

There's no fan in the room, so it gets hot in the summertime.

Nice staff. Helpful in any query (typical french politeness). Would go back again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very small, barely large enough for the 3 of us. Very small bathroom but I did appreciate the walk-in shower rather than tub. Although the room was clean, The room we stayed in on 5th floor was in dire need of renovation and made us feel like we were staying at a low budget hotel. The breakfast was OK but the only hot food were sausages (but they cut them out on weekends) and warmed boiled eggs which were horribly rubbery and not edible. The croissants are excellent - fresh and warm! It was a short walk to the bus stop so pretty convenient. A little further to the Metro but not too far.

Clean room and comfortable bed but very small-nowhere to store two large suitcases. And it was really hot in the room to sleep for April. But was a good location to get to the metro, had a nice patio and place to hang out since you couldn't in the room, and don't miss the happy hour at Cafe Paulette just a couple blocks away!
