Loud noise from street below was only issue. Otherwise we were able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the breakfast croissants at a fair price. The view from room was also special. Pool was a miss.

Room was cleaned and tidied every day. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was amazing. Worked for us because we were 2 adults and one 11 yr old child. Used the gym everyday. Had the essentials though could be a bit bigger as it was used by many in the mornings. Got a bit crowded. The parking fee was $49 / day which was an unexpected expense and seemed expensive. Wish that cost was included with the reservation.

The pool was ice cold. My mattress had a hole in it. While you slept you had to hang on so you didn’t fall off the bed. The hotel over charged me even with the booking thru Expedia. I caught the overcharge later and had to argue over pricing. I needed to email confirmation and then wait for manager approval.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Well staffed, service is top notch. Parking is very safe. The room has a beautiful view of the city. The furniture very worn, needs to be updated. Bathroom was clean. We did find some flossing sticks from previous guest just under the bed. All things considered we would stay again. We will look a bit closer, have housekeeping finish cleaning from previous guest. The furniture is something they will hopefully update in the near future, not a deal breaker.

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. The city view was beautiful as well. The staff was very accommodating and brought a microwave to our room after we asked.
