Viaje con mis hijos y mi esposo. El hotel es súper moderno, las camas deliciosas, la ambientación de los espacios, luz, muebles con un muy buen gusto. El desayuno es muy bueno.

This was a great hotel. Rooms were clean and the hotel was well kept. The gym was small but well equipped. It was centrally located. Only complaint would be the slow service in the restaurant.

I was very disappointed to find a small bottle of water in my room charged at €3.50 in a 4–5 star hotel, especially with such unclear signage suggesting it was complimentary for certain guests. In most hotels of this category, basic water is offered as a courtesy, not used to overcharge guests. For such a simple item, the policy felt misleading and frankly quite petty.
