Very good location to access Gatlinburg downtown walking. Parking is difficult but manageable. Good supportive staff.

Great value for the cost. Very convenient location with free parking. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool area clean. I would definitely recommend the hotel

Our room was amazing! I loved the separate sitting room, our jacuzzi tub was fantastic after a long day and the location was perfect! Parking can be difficult if you arrive later in the evening (the parking lot is kinda small- but for us it was not an issue). We did not use the pool, but it was definitely being enjoyed by other guests.

I’m not sure how any one could rate this higher than a 1 or 2 star. It was a room to sleep that’s about it. The room is pretty gross and the pool isn’t great. I ll definitely stay else were next time.
