Kind, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and maintained. Overnight parking is expensive, but there are surrounding alternatives

I had requested a higher level floor. When I checked in I asked the front desk agent. He just ignored my question. It was rude.

Room wasn’t cleaned on our 3 day stay. Overpriced parking was charged to my card twice for the stay, no help from anyone to resolve the overcharge. Would not stay again because of the parking situation unfortunately.
