Hotel has great location situated on the end of market street, very close to the restaurants and a short walk over the bridge to the Corning Museum. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant. Hotel is comfortable.

Stayed 1 night. Very conveniently located for shopping and museum. Hotel is undergoing renovations which is good as it is quite dated. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No privacy curtains in the rooms.. Just a pull down shade. That was a concern. No breakfast included but they had a restaurant in the hotel.. I did not visit it.

We arrived later than anticipated for check in around 9:30 pm. The individual at the front desk remained on the phone for several minutes while another patron waited to ask a question and I was waiting to be checked in. The person in front of me waiting wanted to know where the elevator was located. She waited nearly 10 min while the clerk finished the call. In terms of customer service, I would think it is best to place a caller on a brief hold and attend to the line of guests waiting in person. The front desk clerk was visibly tired and was trying hard to hold it together or stay awake for his shift. The A.M. staff at check out was pleasant and showed concern when I reported the mini fridge was not cool and holding a safe temperature for food/drink.

Unexpectedly found myself needing a hotel in my hometown and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, place is absolutely clean, they upgraded me to a suite, and it was incredibly quiet. They have a wonderful cocktail bar, the staff is intentive I missed breakfast, but people were raving about it.It is a wonderful place to stay near everything. Corning is a place that you do not want to miss And staying at the Radisson means that you are near absolutely everything. So glad I stayed! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic
Really convenient location, walkable to town, restaurants, and Corning Museum of Glass. Radisson staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Elanor at the front desk was especially nice and helpful in making our stay wonderful throughout. We will definitely return when in the area!

Am stat cu familia

Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and the gym were clean. The bar staff were very friendly. Front desk was excellent.
