Me and my friend had a great time. The whole place is lovely, The atmosphere was great. The rooms very excellent. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We also had breakfast and there was good variety of food to cater for all groups.

The hotel is clean and amenities are ok. The rate to get a 4 separate beds room for my family was competitive. The proximity to the haram is so convenient. Yet the property has a big issue with maintenance. Unfortunately, Almost every corner in the room was poorly maintained. Access to the hotel was also not smooth due to the crowded elevators (competing with the so many mall visitors) My sleep was very interrupted by the elevator peeps and plumbing issues (that causes very annoying and frequent whistles). I probably could’ve asked to change the room, but the hassle of packing and unpacking my staff prevented me from doing so. I had expectations that I could get used to the noise (as I usually do in the outdoors camping) the plumbing issue was so powerful
