Our stay was wonderful even with a little bump in our stay we were upgraded and taken care of most excellent! Samantha was very helpful kept us informed and did an Amazing job!! We will definitely be back to stay again.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, every part of the place was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Bethany at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating when we asked her for something she was efficient

Exercise room was great and room was clean. Great location. Activities were within walking distance.

Breakfast was so so, nothing special. No outdoor pool. Not much room for pets to play or potty. I won't use that hotel again.

I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all. Being in hospitality, she does not have a basic courtesy to take to someone who is a retiree and an aged person. Don’t try to even ask them for a different room, because they will bump up your rate and also talk to you rude. Hampton inn - I will be sending an email to your overall property manager (not the one on duty) to make sure you give her (your associate) a “how to talk to guests” training because she definitely doesn’t follow those. You also want to make sure all your staff members are aligned to the same rules, because we were given competing directions that led to such behavior from the hotel staff. Besides that, the food is basic, the rooms are dated , but they work if you are only coming to sleep.

The staff was excellent. Beth was a great person. The hot tub was the best hot tub I been in in years. Overall stay 100%.

The Single King Room Overlooking the mountain range of the hotel was beautiful and very scenic . The Room was spacious , very clean and very comfy . My family and I enjoyed the stay . My son slept a long time in the bed. Thank you to the hotel staff and the cleaning crew for making our stay comfy and enjoyable . P.s.- the pics we’re taking the next morning . My apologies .

The staff was helpful, had a laundry room, however neighboring hotels had karaoke late, which was audible from our room.

It was great.
