Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly the first night. I reported it and someone was sent to check it. He wasn’t a maintenance man though so he couldn’t help. Told me someone would be there the next morning at 7 who could help. It was awful sleeping that night. The next day we moved to another room which was much better. The ac worked but was quite loud.

Our whole experience from checking in to checking out was always the very best. You can't beat the location to the Village. The staff was superb and we loved our rooms too. Plus we ate at both of the attached restaurants which besides being handy they had the best cuisine. In the rooms the sheets were the very best and so comfortable... we are definitely coming back

Parking at the hotel was full quite early on arrival day. Front desk staff were of very limited help to direct me to where I might park my car. Central location, and well maintained property.
